I'm Jeff Cockrell

After 11 years active duty, I thought selling insurance would be a cakewalk. One year later, and $70,000 poorer, I finally admitted the transition from Navy Officer to civilian was a lot harder than I thought it'd be.

For the next 10 years, I learned to adapt my military training and experience to successfully lead civilian organizations at all levels. Along the way, I became a Dale Carnegie Master Trainer and over the past 25 years, I've trained more than 7,000 business people in leadership, communications, human relations, stress management, and presentations.

After becoming a Certified High Performance Coach, I realized that helping veterans adopt a different set of ROE for the civilian world could help them navigate the move from military service to civilian success more smoothly and successfully.
