1. To support you between the in-person Dale Carnegie programs, you'll work with a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC). Coaching is an influence process leading to understanding, decision-making, and action (among other things). Certified High Performance Coaching  is a science-backed program designed to help you incorporate and utilize the habits of the world's highest performing and most successful people. will challenge your thinking while giving you specific strategies you can use to Together, you'll identify your your best next right action  to move consistently toward your vision with more joy, engagement, and confidence.
3. To help maintain your momentum, you'll attend monthly Master Mind sessions. These sessions will help you leverage the talent and experience of your fellow professionals to break through the challenges and obstacles which WILL happen along the way to taking your business and your life to a higher level.
4. You'll have access to the Iron Leader Forum exclusive online community. Not on Facebook or LinkedIn, so you won't be bombarded by ads or clickbait taking you off task. Inside this community, there's a private area just for you and your fellow cohort members to support, challenge, and celebrate each other.
5. Scheduled breaks.  Every 4 months, we take a month off, except for one, in-person mastermind session, so you have time to catch your breath, take a probably well-deserved vacation, and refocus for your next sprint.
